Bluebird Grain Farms Organic Emmer Pancake & Waffle Mix

 Emmer Pancake & Waffle Mix is a community favorite. The natural sweet nutty flavor of the fresh ground goodness of this grain brings a new experience to the breakfast table. High in protein, fiber, and B vitamins; our pancakes are a great source of energy and nutrition for all ages.  

Emmer waffles were coined a snack time favorite at our local Little Star Montessori School. Recipe included on the back of the package.  

You'll need to add milk, buttermilk, oil, egg.

Ingredients: Organic Emmer Wheat Flour, Non-aluminum Baking Powder, Baking Soda, and Sea Salt
